ARTIZAN HOMESTYLE WHITE BREAD BAKE AT HOME MIX – GLUTEN FREE AND DAIRY FREE


The crust on this bread is seriously good. Not kidding, this wont last if you offer it to your family. So I suggest, bake it when no one else is home!!
Our Artizan family have made this in the breadmaker ( we use the basic Breville ) and then turned it into a cob loaf stuffed with the best that dairy can produce, a Sultana loaf and a Garlic and Cheese topped divine delight. The choices are endless.
It has been made successfully in a conventional oven. The mix produces 1 x conventional loaf or using Loaf Pans makes 2 smaller loaves. You may want to be adventurous and try baking dinner rolls using mini bar tins. Mini cheesecake spring loaded pans would be suitable for Individual Cob loaves. Am I getting you excited yet?

    Absolutely love this bread mix! It is so easy to use in the bread maker and so versatile. Have used it to make cob loaves, sultana loves and herb and garlic bread and it all turns out amazing. The recipe is so simple and very easy to follow. What a pleasure it is to have hot fresh GF bread made in a couple of hours. And what could be better than the smell of baking bread?
